What a year it's been!!
Where do I even start??
We did it all - we moved to the city, set up a studio / production space in Woodstock, expanded our wholesale business and baked many, many cakes and treats 🍰
...
If you've ever visited our studio you'll know that we a team of two, and we do everything ourselves! From the ordering to sourcing ingredients, recipe development, the baking, the decorating , the packing, the deliveries and even all the washing up. Not even to mention all the admin! Without my right hand man I could never ever EVER do this and I am eternally grateful for for my "I.T guy turned baker"!!! Thank you!!! ❤️

To survive the pandemic and everything that came with it we had to work harder than I've worked in my entire 20 year career as a chef - we took two days off this year. New year's Day, and Christmas Day. That's it. Every single other day this year you could find us at the bakery well before 5am ... baking buns, rolling cookies, icing cakes and frying doughnuts - we did it, we made it, and we are still going strong.

This means (most importantly) that we are busy, and we are growing - and for this we cannot THANK YOU enough for this! Every single order means the world to us, and we can't wait to grow with you even further in 2022!
