Red Velvet❤️❤️❤️ There's no denying it - you guys LOVE red velvet. This is evident by the amount of delicious red velvet cakes we get to make 🫶We fill our red velvet cake with the most delicious smooth cream cheese frosting, speckled with red velvet crumbs - this is a nod to the traditional way of decorating red velvet cakes where the sides of the cake is covered in red velvet crumbs. SARAH & LUKE 🌸🌸🌸A showstopper of a wedding cake for Sarah & Luke’s wedding in sunny South Africa. MACARONS🩷💚💛If you have followed my career you will know that macarons have been part of my repertoire since way back when.My love for macarons started in 2007 when I was working as a chef on the yachts in the Med, and my favourite things was admiring the rows and towers of colourful macarons in the pattiseries in Cannes, Nice, and St. Tropez. At that stage it was almost impossible to find an English recipe (we were in France after all!) and that started a love affair for these little fancy French cookies - I just had to perfect them. And boy did I.... In 2015 macarons were still a very new thing in SA (and I was still living in the UK). I travelled back and presented a host of sell out macaron masterclasses in Cape Town, Johannesburg, and even in Nelspruit, where I grew up. I loved this - and I know some people still follow my recipe (It's also available in my cookbook)...Please don't go to the Waterfront and pay R45 for macaron 😅. We sell maccies on our online store and they cost pretty much more than half of that! They are the perfect little treat as an add on to your cake order🩷💚💛

Tatum is 4! 👷‍♂️🚚...This is the 4th birthday cake that I've made for Tatum, meaning I have made every single birthday cake that he's had! How INCREDIBLY special is that??...I have numerous families that I get to bake for every single year, and it is the cutest thing to see how kids grow up and change their preferences each year. For Tatum we've done Under the sea, farm animals, a train, and now construction.
