I love making croquembouche, and even though this wasn't Marien & Austin's main wedding cake, I thought it deserved a spotlight on our feed as it is such a showstopper!

The couple chose a beautiful single tier heart shaped cake in our Biscoff flavour as their main cake, and also served up three of our classic cakes in Very Vanilla, Rich Chocolate and Red Velvet to offer a variety of cake flavours to their guests. The croquembouche formed part of their dessert display, and was filled with over 120 choux buns filled with vanilla bean and rich dark chocolate custard.

How crazy is this "half and half" all-vegan celebration cake? The black "Rip 20's" side features our rich vegan chocolate cake layered with Belgian chocolate frosting, while the white "Hello 30's" side boasts our vegan red velvet cake layered with vegan cream cheese frosting - finished with cute black bows and maraschino cherries. Divine!

We don't use any fruits like pineapple or raisins in our carrot cake (hallelujah!) and we layer it up with the smooth cream cheese frosting. It's covered in vanilla bean buttercream, and topped with crunchy caramelised walnuts. Delicious!
