It features a delicious lemon & poppy sponge, layered with tangy homemade lemon curd and creamy vanilla bean and fresh lemon zest frosting. The cake is covered in pastel yellow vanilla bean buttercream, and is decorated with a crown of buttercream kisses, and is sprinkled with poppy seeds

This classic cake measures 15cm wide x 3 layers high (Approx 12.5cm tall), and serves approximately 8 – 12 cake portions (depending on how large the slices are cut)
