Layer Me Up Buttercup

A simple cake design with a 3 colour buttercream collar around the base.

Covered in off-white vanilla bean buttercream with a textured top edge, and decorated with three layers of buttercream round the base in different gradients of the same colour (Light at the top, to darker at the bottom).
