P.S. I Love You NY Cookie

A NY cookie inspired by a PS Chocolate bar! These delicious cookies consist of a vanilla cookie base loaded with homemade caramelised white chocolate, crushed vanilla wafers and chopped PS bar.
The cookie is drizzled with white chocolate, and topped with a chunk of PS.
